  • Will I lose my already existing Emails when switching to your email??

There are two situations that could arise.

    Situation 1:

If you are using a free online Email Provider (Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, MSN, Hotmail etc.) all of your e-mails will be kept in that account. Nothing at all will be changed. In fact, if you would prefer, we could have your email forwarded to that E-Mail address. That way your new eMail will be located BOTH in the back end mail service provided by us AND your free online Email Provider.

If you are using an external Email Provider (Outlook, Apple Mail Etc) Check out our FAQ's regarding how to set up these clients to receive your email as well. It is a very simple process and the FAQ outlines it step by step for you

    Situation 2:

If you are using email like you@yourdomain.com, and you are switching services to our email Client, then unfortunately we can’t transfer emails from you@yourdomain.com to the new Webmail Client. However, if you are already using in external email client such as Outlook or AppleMail, you will have those email there. Because you are using an external Email Client, you have downloaded the emails directly to your computer. There should be no problems there. These emails still will NOT show up on our email system.

If you are using an email client that is an IMAP email client, you could encounter problems. The best way to avoid this is to go into your email providers settings and edit them to allow the email client to download a local copy of your emails, to your computer. The best way to find out how to do this is by contacting your email provider or searching on Google. If all else fails, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
